Nahom Ghirmay’s art explores identity, emotion, and human connection through different mediums. Inspired by people’s stories, ambitions, and worries, his work uses facial expressions, body language, brushstrokes, charcoal marks, and color to create empathy and meaningful dialogue across cultures. He is of Eritrean origin and currently lives and works in Seattle, Washington.
